Upon retirement from inn-keeping, Jane refreshed her talents as a professional headhunter to help Cape Cod businesses with seasonal staffing needs. Today, Jane and her international team recruit workers from Eastern Europe to work as bus drivers, landscapers, wait staff and housekeepers under the H2-B visa program.
